- Pregnancy loss or medical emergencies: In cases of miscarriage, stillbirth, or other serious medical events, refunds may be approved with supporting documentation.
- Partner hospital packages: Refunds will follow pre-agreed revenue-sharing models. The final refund requires acknowledgment by Bluemify, the hospital, and the patient.
- Non-refundable items: Services that have been fully delivered or transportation fees (for home consultations already dispatched) are non-refundable.
- No cancellations are allowed. Appointments may only be rescheduled.
- Requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, supported by a valid reason.
- This policy applies to both patients and healthcare professionals.
- Bluemify reserves the right to approve or deny rescheduling requests based on availability.
- Direct cancellations are not permitted.
System wide Accredited Businesses except soliciting non-profit organizations, charity shopping malls, and charity fundraising groups which may not hyperlink to our Web site.

By using the platform, you consent to such communication for safety, verification, and operational purposes.
- Failure to respond to service-verification requests may delay or affect service confirmation, ratings, refunds, or partner disbursements.
- Disbursements to partner hospitals, healthcare professionals, or partner clinics occur only after:
- Confirmation of service by both parties.
- Verification by Bluemify, where necessary.
- Patients may be asked to provide ratings or feedback upon completion.
- Bluemify is not a substitute for emergency medical services. In life-threatening situations, call your local emergency number immediately.
- Virtual consultations may not replicate full in-person examinations.
- Bluemify is not liable for medical negligence; responsibility lies with the individual healthcare professional or partner hospital.
By using Bluemify, you agree to:
- Provide accurate medical and personal information.
- Use the Services only for lawful and intended purposes.
- Respect healthcare professionals’ time by honoring scheduled appointments.
- Not misuse or fraudulently reschedule appointments.
